Mert Tosun

I was born in Ankara in 1994. I studied computer engineering and have spent roughly the last six years working as a software engineer — mostly on the backend side, where I feel most at home.

I like building things that hold up under load, reading about systems, and learning something new every year. This blog is where I dump notes, longer technical pieces, and sometimes thoughts that don't fit anywhere else.

Away from the keyboard I listen to a lot of music and try to get outside when I can. Nature slows me down in a good way. If I had to say it plainly: some days are for code, some for a good album, some for quiet air and trees.
